Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sweet potatoes, cooked
    2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    16 apricot halves, dried
    orange slices, fresh
Preparation
    Arrange the sweet potatoes in a shallow baking dish. Combine margarine and cinnamon and pour over potatoes. Arrange the apricot halves on top. Cover and bake in a 425 degree oven for about 15 minutes. Add the orange slices and serve.
