Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cut rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 well beaten egg
Preparation
    Mix together and let stand while you make a double crust. Before putting on top crust, cover filling with miniature marshmallows.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
