Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 lb. sausage
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    3 c. cooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brush chicken with melted butter and lemon juice.
    Salt and pepper chicken.
    Bake, skin side up, for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Cook sausage with onion until onion is tender.
    Add corn and rice.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Spoon sausage/corn/rice mixture around chicken. Bake 30 minutes more.
