Garlic Lover'S Pasta Of The Angels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
    6 oz. dry angel hair pasta
    16 oz. can crushed tomatoes with liquid
    8 to 10 cloves chopped, fresh garlic
    1 Tbsp. dry basil or 8 to 20 leaves fresh basil, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Start cooking pasta.
    At the same time, pour olive oil into 12-inch skillet and add garlic.
    Cook garlic slowly until tender. Add tomatoes with liquid, basil and salt.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring 5 minutes.
    Add pasta to the sauce a little at a time and mix thoroughly.
    Reheat.
    Top with Parmesan cheese and serve with salad and crusty bread.
    Yields 2 to 3 servings.
