No Fat Potato Salad For Two - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large potato, baked, cooled and diced
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. dill pickle slices, chopped
    1 Tbsp. pickle juice
    2 Tbsp. fat-free mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Cool potato and dice for potato salad.\tAdd celery, pepper, onion and pickle.
    In a small bowl or cup combine the pickle juice, mayonnaise and mustard.
    Pour over potato and mix well.
