Grammy Finocchiaro'S French Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Beat with electric mixer or whisk; batter is thin.
    Fry in pan greased lightly.
    Spread with jam or our favorite, fresh sliced strawberries and a little Cool Whip.
    Roll up and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
    (Frozen strawberries are yummy, too.)
