Mandarin Orange Truffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    11 oz. mandarin oranges
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    12 oz. box vanilla wafers, crushed
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. almonds, grounded
    2 Tbsp. orange flavored liqueur
    3/4 c. chocolate sprinkles
Preparation
    In a food blender, chop oranges very fine.
    In a saucepan, combine oranges, chocolate chips, milk and oleo.
    Heat until chips melt; cook for 5 minutes.
    Stir in crushed vanilla wafers, sugar, almonds and liqueur.
    Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
    Mixture will be firm.
    Shape into balls; roll in chocolate sprinkles.
    Put in fridge in a covered container.
