Waikiki Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole fryer chicken, cut up
    1 c. crushed pineapple (undrained)
    1 c. Kraft barbecue sauce
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Coat chicken in flour, salt and pepper; brown in pan.
    Drain off excess oil.
    Combine pineapple, sauce, cornstarch and ginger; pour over chicken in skillet.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.
