Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    frozen pie crust, partially baked
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. bacon, ham or sausage, crumbled
    1 chopped onion
    dash of nutmeg
    dash of paprika
    dash of pepper
    dash of salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 c. half and half
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Put crumbled meat in crust, add grated cheese over meat. Sprinkle onion over meat and cheese.
    Mix eggs, milk and spices. Whip until well blended.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
