Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 c. grated zucchini, (leave skin on)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation

In large bowl, mix together the sugar, oil, eggs, zucchini and vanilla.
Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves, then add the chopped walnuts.
Add the flour mixture to the zucchini mixture and stir well.
Pour into 2 loaf pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour + a few minutes, or until bread tests done.
