Hearty Hot Dog Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. sour cream and chive potatoes
    2 1/4 c. boiling water
    2/3 c. milk
    1 lb. hot dogs
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green beans
    1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions
    1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Slice hot dogs into 1-inch pieces.
    Mix all ingredients except 1/2 can of onions and cheese in ungreased round 2 1/2 quart casserole.
    Cover and bake until potatoes are tender 45 to 50 minutes.
    Arrange onions around casserole and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
