Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 oz. mushrooms, drained
    1 can cream mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    In large skillet, cook and stir until meat and onion are tender. Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly. Serve over noodles or rice. Serves 4.
