Oyster Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 or 2 roasting chickens
Hawaiian salt
oyster sauce

Preparation

Rub inside and outside of chickens with salt.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Rub outside of chickens with 1/4 cup oyster sauce.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
This results in an ono crispy-skinned chicken.
