Too Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 peaches, peeled and sliced
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    1 stick oleo, melted
    5 slices white bread (trim crust)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place fruit in buttered 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Cut bread into finger strips and place in single layer over fruit.
    In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, egg and butter. Pour over fruit and bread.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 5 or 6 servings.
