Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unpeeled zucchini, grated and drained well
    3 eggs, beaten
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 can Milnot
    1 can coconut
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except coconut and nutmeg.
    Pour into 2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells.
    Sprinkle with coconut and nutmeg.
    Cover well.
    Bake for 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with Cool Whip.
