Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. peppers (1/2 lb. Anaheim, 1/2 lb. Hungarian wax, 1/2 lb. jalapeno)
    6 large onions
    20 to 24 large tomatoes
    fresh garlic to taste
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. cilantro
    2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Blanch tomatoes and remove cores and skins.
    Quarter. Coarsely chop peppers and onions.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Cook 1 1/2 hours.
    Process in hot water bath.
    Pint jars, 10 to 12 minutes.
