Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice, uncooked
    1 c. American cheese, diced
    1 c. tomatoes
    1/4 c. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 c. ripe olives, sliced
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 1/2 c. boiling liquid
Preparation
    Rinse rice; drain well.
    Drain tomatoes, mushrooms and olives and save juices to use for 1 1/2 cups boiling liquid needed.
    Add all ingredients; mix well. Place in 2-quart casserole with a lid (spray with oil first).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Keep covered or it will be too dry.
