Simply Sensational Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

28 oz. chopped tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chiles
1/2 c. diced onion
1 tsp. salt
1 to 2 tsp. canned jalapenos, seeds removed and diced
8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 c. diced celery
1 Tbsp. sugar
black pepper to taste
Preparation

In a medium sized bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and let stand in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Salsa will get hotter the longer it stands. Makes 2 quarts.
