White Bean Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    2 c. water or chicken broth
    1 tsp. cumin
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1 clove chopped garlic
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 small cans white Shoe Peg corn (vacuum packed)
    2 cans chopped green chilies
    2 to 3 Tbsp. lime juice
Preparation
    Combine and bring to boil above ingredients; cook until chicken is done.
    Remove chicken and shred or chop.
    Return chicken to stock and add 2 cans white Northern beans.
    Top with Monterey Jack cheese, chips and salsa as desired (garnish).
