Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. mace
    1/2 c. margarine
    6 apples
    1/2 c. water or apple juice
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, flour and spices in a large mixing bowl.
    Cut margarine into sugar mixture and blend until mixture is crumbly. Peel and slice apples into 1 1/2-quart baking dish, which has been greased.
    Add water or juice.
    Sprinkle sugar mixture on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
