Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/2 c. canned pumpkin
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1 egg
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 c. finely chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 and grease 12 muffin cups. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl, making a well in the center. Combine wet ingredients and pour into well. Add morsels and stir just until moistened. Fill cups 3/4 full. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon nuts. Bake 18 to 20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
