Pot Roast Patke Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. rump roast, cut into large bite-size pieces
    2 to 3 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut into large bite-size pieces
    1 lb. carrots, peeled and cut likewise
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 pkg. dry onion soup (use 1/2 powdered seasoning of second pkg.; this will reduce the amount of salt)
Preparation
    Put roast, potatoes and carrots into a large roasting pan.
    Add mushroom soup and dry onion soup mix.
    Mix well, using hands if you wish.
    Cover and bake in 300\u00b0 oven for three hours.
