Hospitality Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. chopped nuts
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    12 oz. Cool Whip
    2 graham cracker crusts
    caramel ice cream topping
Preparation
    In skillet, melt butter.
    Put in coconut and nuts and toast; set aside to cool.
    Mix the cream cheese, Eagle Brand
    milk and Cool Whip.
    Put half of the toasted mixture in with the Cool Whip mixture.
    Stir well; put this mixture into the two pie crusts. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 of the toasted mixture on top of the pies.
    Then drizzle ice cream topping on top of each pie.
    These freeze well or keep in refrigerator if you do not freeze.
