Fresh Apple Walnut Cake - cooking recipe

3 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 medium Granny Smith apples, finely chopped
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg; set aside.
In large bowl, beat on medium speed the sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla until smooth.
Gradually beat in flour mixture until smooth.
Fold in apples and walnuts.
Pour into greased pound cake pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes in pan.
