Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. flour
15 oz. box Raisin Bran
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
3 c. white sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. salad oil
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients.
Add eggs, buttermilk and salad oil.
Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate.
Will keep in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
When ready for fresh muffins, fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
