Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    4 tsp. ginger
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. pumpkin
    4 eggs
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Measure and mix all dry ingredients except nuts in a large bowl.
    In a second bowl, mix all liquid ingredients and thoroughly blend with mixer.
    Add dry ingredients in small portions at a time.
    Add nuts.
    Pour in 2 (1 pound) coffee cans, greased, or 2 (1 pound) loaf pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cool and serve.
