Brownies(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. reduced-calorie margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 egg white
2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
powdered sugar
Preparation

Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
Spray square 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix brown sugar, margarine, vanilla, egg and egg white.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except powdered sugar.
Spread in pan.
Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 20 minutes.
Cool and cut into 2-inch squares.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Makes 16 brownies.
