Plainville Turkey Breasts In Marsala Wine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. turkey fillets
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. Marsala wine
    2 c. sliced mushrooms, fried
Preparation
    Cut fillets into 1/2-inch slices.
    Gently pound with tenderizer.
    Combine eggs and milk in a shallow dish.
    On a flat plate, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan and poultry seasoning.
    Dip turkey in egg mixture, then in bread crumb mixture, coating thickly.
    In frying pan, melt 1 tablespoon butter and 1 tablespoon oil.
    Saute a few turkey slices at a time over low heat for 5 minutes.
    Add remaining oil and butter as needed.
    Return all cooked turkey to frying pan.
    Add wine; cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
    Top with fried mushrooms.
