Beef Enchiladas With Green Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. flour tortillas
    2 cans pinto beans
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef or shredded beef
    2 large cans green enchilada sauce
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    5 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 large chopped onion
    1 c. rice, precooked
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 tsp. cumin
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook ground round until browned.
    Add seasoning.
    Mix together beef, Cheddar cheese, eggs, onion, rice and chilies.
    Set aside. Pour 1 can sauce into shallow pan; dip tortillas into sauce and fill with beef mixture and roll up and put into a greased baking dish.
    Cover enchiladas with other can of sauce and more grated cheese.
    Bake in oven for approximately 30 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
