Raspberry Ribbon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 baked crust or (9-inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water in a bowl.
    Add raspberries and stir until thawed.
    Stir in lemon juice.
    Chill in refrigerator until mixture is very thick or almost set.
