Cream Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Combine Crisco, salt and water.
    Heat to boiling.
    Sift flour; measure and add to boiling water.
    Beat vigorously until mixture leaves sides of saucepan and does not cling to spoon.
    Remove from fire.
    Add the unbeaten eggs, one at a time, beating until mixture is smooth each time.
    Drop by tablespoons into well-oiled muffin tins.
    Bake 40 minutes in hot oven (400\u00b0).
    Makes 12 servings. When cooled, fill with favorite filling and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
