Sloppy Joes Potato Topper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 pouch onion soup mix
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. ketchup
    4 hot baked potatoes, split
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In a 10-inch skillet over medium heat, cook beef with pepper until beef is browned.
    Drain off any fat.
    Stir in soup mix, water and ketchup; heat to boiling.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover; simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Spoon over potatoes. Garnish with cheese.
    Serves 4.
