Southern Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (21 oz.) can pork and beans
    1/4 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    minced onion to taste
    celery to taste
    green pepper to taste
    salt to taste
    3 drops hot pepper sauce or few grains red pepper
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Place beans in a greased, shallow ovenproof dish.
    Cover the top with bacon or skinned, sliced franks.
    Bake, covered, 30 minutes.
    Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes more.
