1 box German chocolate cake mix
3/4 c. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
14 oz. pkg. caramels
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation

Prepare cake mix as directed.
Pour 1/4 to 1/2 batter into a 9 x 12-inch or a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
