Patrick'S Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. sugar
pinch of salt
3/4 pt. sour cream (12 oz.)
2 eggs
2 c. raisins
caraway seed
Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients together, then mix the sour cream, eggs, raisins and caraway seed into flour mixture.
Shape into round cake pan.
Cut an \"X\" into the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, or when tested, comes out clean.
