Fresh Apple Cake 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. peeled, diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
1 c. flaked coconut
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream sugar and oil.
Add beaten eggs and beat well.
Sift together dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture.
Blend well. Stir in apples, nuts, raisins, coconut and vanilla.
Bake in floured and greased tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
