Zucchini A La Grill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small zucchini (about 6 inches long)
    1/4 c. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. fresh oregano or 1 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
    Slice zucchini lengthwise into slices 1/4-inch thick.
    Mix remaining ingredients and brush on zucchini slices.
    Grill over hot coals until they begin to brown and soften.
    Serves 4 to 6.
