Macaroon Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. egg whites (4 medium eggs)
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until frothy.
    Add gradually the sugar.
    Beat until stiff and glossy.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Drop by spoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased brown paper.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
    Place paper of macaroon kisses on damp towel.
    Steam will loosen cookies.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
