Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 baking potatoes
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 strips bacon
1/3 c. vinegar
4 to 6 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Cook potatoes; peel and slice.
Add vinegar and seasonings. Fry bacon until crisp, then dice.
Combine potatoes, bacon, 3 tablespoons bacon grease, 4 chopped eggs and onion.
Mix well. Decorate top of salad with the rest of sliced eggs.
If too dry, add a little water and 1/4 cup salad dressing.
