Lemon Meringue Pie(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    2 Tbsp. butter
    5 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch, flour, milk, sugar and salt with a wire whip in a large Pyrex bowl.
    Microwave on High for 7 to 9 minutes.
    Add beaten egg yolks, beat mixture well with a wire whip.
    Microwave 1 minute more.
    Add butter and mix well.
    Then add lemon juice and rind; mix well.
    Pour into baked pie shell and top with meringue.
