Spinach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh bread dough
    1 pkg. fresh spinach, cooked
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 egg white
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Roll out dough on floured surface to form a rectangle.
    Spread cheese, then spinach.
    Sprinkle on fresh garlic. Fold over dough and tuck in ends to form a loaf. Slit top and wash with egg white.
    Place on a greased and floured cookie sheet.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until brown. Serve as an appetizer or side dish with salad.
