Herbs De Provence("Gifts From The Heart To The Table") - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. dried marjoram
    1/3 c. dried oregano
    2/3 c. dried rosemary
    1/3 c. dried summer savory
    2/3 c. dried thyme
    2 Tbsp. dried lavender
    2 Tbsp. dried fennel
Preparation
    Combine and mix well.
    Seal in airtight container.
    Season meats with herb mixture before cooking, or infuse herb mixture in some olive oil to be used in marinades and salads or to saute meats.
