Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. cocoa
4 eggs (large)
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
powdered sugar
Preparation

In large bowl, stir together sugar and oil.
Add cocoa, blending well.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Add flour, baking powder and salt, blending well.
Cover; refrigerate overnight. Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls.
Roll in powdered sugar.
Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 14 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
