Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 heaping c. shortening
    5 Tbsp. cold water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg (not beaten)
Preparation
    Mix egg, vinegar and water together.
    Sift flour and salt. Add shortening.
    Combine with liquid ingredients.
