Country Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. country ham, chopped
8 or 10 potatoes
2 Tbsp. flour
salt
6 slices American cheese
1 tsp. minced onion
1/2 c. sweet milk
Preparation

Cook ham on top of stove in Teflon lined Dutch oven.
Cook until ham is brown.
Add a cup of water and simmer for 15 minutes. Peel and slice potatoes.
Add flour, onion, cheese and salt. Pour milk over mixture and mix well.
Pour into ham.
Cook for about 30 minutes or until done.
Stir often.
Pour into casserole and serve.
