Chili Con Carne(Large Batch) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb ground beef
    1 or 2 onions
    1 can (1 lb -3 oz.) tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 large bay leaf
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    2 pkg. dry chili mix
    2 or more cans kidney beans
Preparation
    Crumble and brown beef in skillet or stew pot. Drain and add onion and a bit of oil in necessary. Add tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer about 2 hours. Add beans with liquid. You can add water if necessary. Heat through and remove bay leaf.
