Chicken Rice 'N Easy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. dry white wine
3/4 c. chicken stock or water
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. quick cooking rice
1 1/2 to 2 chicken breasts, split
1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms (undrained)
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 Tbsp. fine bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
In a 7 x 11 x 2-inch greased glass baking pan, combine wine, stock or water, salt and rice.
Place chicken breasts over rice mixture.
Combine mushrooms with soup. Spread over chicken.
Sprinkle with thyme, bread crumbs and butter.
Cover tightly with foil and bake about 1 hour or until chicken is done.
