Sour Cream Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 1/2 stack Town House crackers
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Cut water chestnuts into small pieces.
Mix crumbled crackers and margarine.
Spread half of crackers in bottom of casserole dish.
Mix all of the other ingredients and spread over the crackers on the bottom of dish. Sprinkle remaining crackers on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
