Orange Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. orange juice
    1 (18 1/2 oz.) orange cake mix
    6 oranges, peeled, pulled apart in sections (leave membrane on)
Preparation
    Mix orange
    juice
    with
    cake
    mix
    until
    smooth. Coat orange sections
    lightly with flour; dip in cake batter.
    Deep fry sections
    in
    hot oil (350\u00b0) until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel; cool.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar and/or flaked coconut. Yield:
    approximately 5 dozen pieces.
