Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fresh cauliflower, cooked
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt, pepper and garlic
1 c. Swiss shredded cheese
Preparation

Saute mushrooms, bell pepper and onion in butter.
Add flour and stir until smooth.
Gradually add milk.
Add cheese and bake at 350\u00b0.
